Especially, when setting up a new site and newsletter, one has to send a bloat of newsletter test mails in order to design a new newsletter template. After that basic styling happened and it looks satisfying in all browsers, one is actually able to start testing mail clients.

Since there is no preview function yet, site admins are not able to do the first part of the design process in the browser.

Attached patch solves this by implementing a newsletter preview link, which opens a new browser window (or tab) that contains the same HTML markup like outgoing mails sent by Simplenews (Template).

Nice, small, and sweet.
