Greetings -

I'm wondering if this is possible...

I'd like to create a list of five recent nodes in a given category. For example:

* October
* September
* August
* July
* June

But I'd like the view to always exclude the most recent in the list, in this case, October. I want this because I'd like to make a separate view that show just the one most recent. I'm going to then insert the two views on one page and theme with CSS so that the most recent node is more prominently displayed while the others are smaller and listed underneath.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you use panels to lay out the page and view panes for the views, you have the option of setting an offset so you'd set up a view pane for the first one with just one item and the second one with an offset of 1.
