problem for link automaticly node

Hi everybody,

Sorry for my english,

I am internship and i have to add fontionnality to a drupal company portal.

I have to do a manager consultants system. So i install CCK, Views and WorkFlow.

My node type are: Products,Project,Consultant

In project i add field to a node reference for a consultant. So i want when i add a project, that automatically add in a consultant node a refence (multiple) to a new node project and same thing for a new node product.

I am very under presure.
