I have tried to tweak around with the user profile using various modules, trying to get it to look like I want it (and do what i want), although not getting what I want. I have an idea to a solution, but I do not have the skill to perform this task myself.
I suggest a simple profile override module
To simply overrides the profile page with a php input of the admin's preference.
The reason for this is that I need to modify the profile page after what roles and such the user has been given. The easiest way to do this is to insert php code into the area. If a module could supply me with the form, It would be just great!

you should be able to do this with the http://drupal.org/project/panels module and the http://drupal.org/project/advanced_profile module though it hasn't been updated for d6 yet.
