I have image upload enabled. I have set Maximum width of 500px on uploads. I have Image Toolkit. I have installed IMCE and configured. I'm using FCKeditor. When I create new content and upload a file that exceeds the maximum width, it is never resized. I've googled, drupaled, and searched everywhere. The only thing that I could find is that Drupal 6 is capable of resizing images on uploads, but I can't seem to get it to work. What am I missing?

Images wider than 500px are never resized, and are inserted in the node which then breaks the page because it's too wide.

Any Suggestions?
