Trackback appends trackbacks to node body in RSS feeds

If you have an RSS feed for nodes that include trackbacks, both the trackback URL *and* the actual trackbacks themselves appear as part of the feed.

So, whenever a new trackback appears, the feed item refreshes.

Actually, this may apply to book module as well -- this may have never appeared before because we never had full feeds before.
