I created "Teaser" in CCK disk based.
In views I did set:

and result is:

1) There are no critical support requests. Critical is reserved for crash bugs, please respect the time of the people who answer these issues.

2) active (needs more info) means that the responder needs more info, not that the issue submitter needs more info.

3) Node: Teaser is the built in teaser field and is not CCK related. You'll find CCK fields under the 'Content' gropu.

OK. If system of reports would be so clear , Its no need your explanation.
I am spending some time for testing too, and my role is not spending waste to time to others.
