Description
Lastest dev is broken.
1) Access is denied when going to admin/settings/cleanfeeds
2) No links created in Navigation menu

The second one is not an issue. The module does not create any menu entries.
For the first issue, I committed a fix, and it should appear in the new tar ball in 12 hours or so.
