How can admins review user-made changes to content before publication?

Hi all,
I'm keen to allow my sites users to add content etc. but for obvious reasons I'd like to have a look over stuff before it gets published to the page. Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks a ton for the links, they got me started...but what I'm really after is moderaton of edits made to nodes /book pages etc. which those modules do not provide. I found 'Revision Moderation' patch, which I haven't gotten working yet but seems to be the one to use:
