Issue Summary
I want to remove some form fields and add some others.
Specifically I want to do following :
1. Remove the zip code , school district and lot size from the form
2. Add Sale/Rental/Lease select option field
3. Remove condo and loft from Type of Home and rename other terms.
Do I just delete occurences of the field terms from the module file ?
