If you are willing to let me I would like to add an admin page that lets the user customize the email messages without hacking the module. I think it would help the module, and I could do it pretty quickly.

As I know this is done with the workflow-ng module, so customizing the emails should be just a case of modifying the relevant workflow-ng rule?

Yes, that is all that is involved. Basically I just want to make it so that the rule is drawn dynamically from db instead of hard coded. That way we can let the user determine their messages.

Hmm, the user can determine the e-mail messages in the workflow-ng admin section. Maybe linking there would be an idea?
