Move "Display Post Information" settings to content type

I don't know how complicated it would be, but I think that it would make a lot more sense to move the Display Post Information settings from the Themes > Global Settings page to the Edit Content Type form.

I think the need for this change is obvious, as it would avoid having to navigate to the Themes settings every time you create a content type. It's also very debatable if this really belongs as a theme setting, since we are simply talking about adding or removing information.
