I have been creating membership websites with Wordpress but they were all free and now I am in need of a Paid Membership site so I decided to move to a actual CMS.But I can't figure out which module will suite my needs-

* It is a website containing articles and images(which contains certain statics).
* I need a section which is viewable to all registered members(free & Paid) and a area which contains content for Paid Members only.But non-registered users can't view the main content of website, just introduction part of website.
* It can display a popup Disclaimer when the user enters the Signup page for both Paid and Free members including the regular Terms & Conditions of Website.
* The free members have the option to upgrade to paid members.
* The members can use Paypal using API.
* The website contains a affiliates with multiple downline feature.
* The transactions can be processed automatically for accepting payment from Premium Members and notifying the website owner to pay the affiliates when they reach certain amount in commission.

Ubercart will fit your needs to a tee (not sure about the affiliate functionality, although there is active development work going on re: this feature at the moment -- check their website, ubercart.org).

Also, you can use following module - http://drupal.org/project/membership

There are many module for paypal payments you can use them to match your workflow

you can treat this as stating point.

The page of Premium Module says that it don't hide items that are unavailable to users but I want that visitor to website msut be either registered as Free member or as Paid Member to view items in website.

Hi Vinay,

Iam not able to link any pay pal payment module with the registration form ( presently - profile ) for user registration.
The modules you mentioned - premium and membership, can you suggest which one can be used for associating with a payment module say paypal.

Ubercart can handle your basic needs. As mentioned, affiliates is a bit complicated, but check our their site for more information.
