For 1 specific node, I overruled the node type, by setting the permission so that none of the roles can delete the page. However, I see that it can still be deleted by a person who by default has the persmission to delete pages of that node type in general.

Found the problem, it was my configuration. One must disable all the core's users edit and delete permissions and then define them via the node privacy byrole module. Can become closed.
