How to remove "Any" option from exposed filters

Thank you so very, very much - Views team.

This version has fixed a lot of odd things I was seeing.

The main issue I "was" seeing was ----- I had 1 hidden filter with 5 exposed filters - all filters were acting like an .or. -- instead of an .and. condition.

This is now working great!!

There is one thing I lost or can't figure what I did to get the option

it was <Any> in a exposed term filter (top of dropdown list)

I deleted all the old stuff and can't remember or seem to locate how the heck I did that.

this is so very cool... I made my first Advanced Search across 6 terms ( with a whole lot of help from the Views group)
