Modifying "From" name in email

Hi, just wondering if there's a way to modify the "From" name in emails sent out with the Subscriptions module.

I see that you can modify the address it gets sent out from: in the Subscriptions settings page, under "Mail settings," you can choose whichever email address you like.

But if the address you put there is news@example.com, then subscribers see "news" as the From name in their inbox.

Is there a way to change this to a full name, like "Acme Organization," or whatever?
