Caching features in D6 and upcoming D7 are great. However, when having to clear the cache, it's always a all or nothing decision.

What's missing are different menu items to quickly clear all caches, or a specific cache only.

Reworded "All data caches" to "Cache tables" to be consistent with the other items and more specific.

Also, renamed the parent item to "Flush all caches", because that's what's happening when you click on it (i.e. the same as the button on admin/settings/performance).
