Hi,
I have just upgraded drupal from 6.4 to 6.6 version.
And I have information after executing update.php file:
"The following queries were executed
system module
Update #6048
ALTER TABLE {menu_router} CHANGE load_functions `load_functions` TEXT NOT NULL
ALTER TABLE {menu_router} CHANGE to_arg_functions `to_arg_functions` TEXT NOT NULL"

Of course my site doesn't work properly now.
What should I do?

It's ok now :)
I have just enabled all aditional modules and everything is fine.

I missed an upgrade, so I'm going directly from 6.4 to 6.6. Anything I should know?

Guys, i tried it too.. of 6.4 to 6.6

when i run the upgrade process it give me a blank page and after it many links on administrator page not show, as i'm not using user 1 ( administrator ).. but i'm using it..

any solutions??

it work now... i need to access update.php again, it not had anyone update to do, i clicked on continue and it finish without do nothing.. and than it work fine :)
