display the title in a view without having it accessible

Option 1 - display all titles and no node content is accessible

Option 2 - display all titles and only first title's content is accessible (preferable option)

I'd like to display all but the first title in a view without having them accessible to the anonymous user. This allows them to see it's there but can only access the first article.

I do not want to use the premium module because I want them to not be able to see any content.

I tried the private module and that includes the title as well as the contents.

Is there way using Tax Access Control or some other way with Views I don't know about (which is very likely)?
