So, I create an image filefield via cck and hook it up with imagecache to do the cropping and resizing. Works great.

In teaser view I have a 'squarethumb' preset: 150px X 150px, in full view I have a 'wideimg' preset: 450px x 200px. No problem there either.

My problem is:

From the theming perspective, they don't get assigned unique classes.

IE: I want to be able to put a thick border around .squarethumb but around .wideimg.

But I can't!!

They both have the same css class: .field-item -- with no further differentiation.

Anyone seen this?

small update:

When i create a new node and upload an image, it does apply the .squarethumb class.

THEN! When i refresh the page, it removes the class!!??

Why would refreshing the page remove a class?
