Looking for reciprocal link manager for drupal

I am setting up my new site with Drupal, and really enjoy how well Drupal works. What a piece of software. Great job everyone. I do, however, have a question related to managing reciprocal links. We get a lot of link requests, so I am looking for a way to manage this.

Without going overboard, it would be nice to have a page that lists all the links, by categories we define. It would also be nice to allow people to initiate a reciprocal link, providing their site information, anchor text, etc., and the location our link can be found. I would not want their link to show up on our site without being reviewed.

Anyone have any idea what would be the best solution to this? Should I get a commercial link manager software or is there something already present in Drupal I can use?
