Questions about multiple calendars, CCK image url field and invisible primary links

Hi,

I'm making a site for a local youth movement. But I have some problems implementing things. I've searched for this in google, the forum and asked on the IRC but I didn't find any specific info. So I hope maybe you can help me out?

• First problem: Multiple Calendars:
  I think this is an easy one but I think I'm overlooking something. On the site I need multiple calendars. I've made 3 'event' content types, each with its own start and end date. Now I want to display a calendar view for each of this content types with the different events in it, this part works.
  I'm having problems to show the events in the calendar, how should I configure the calendar view to show the event on each day starting by the start date of the event and stopping on the end date of an event? I guess it has something to do with the arguments, but I don't know how to configure them.
• Next: CCK image URL field:
  I want to make a picture/video album, but I don't want to store items on the server running drupal. So I want to create a content type with an url in it pointing to the actual picture or video. But when displaying it should display the image or the video but not the url. Does a type like that exist? Or should I make one myself?
• Last one, and a weird one: invisible primary links
  So I created some primary links, I can see them when I'm logged in. But the moment I log out they dissapear. How come the primary links are not show when you're not logged in?

I hope someone can help me out with at least one of these problems.
