integrating workflow_ng with views mail

Issue Summary

use workflow_ng instead of actions module would be a better choice, i think. because many modules are integrated with workflow_ng and it provides nearly the same features as actions (+scheduled actions).

if this will become real views mail would be better then views mail itself ;)!
