Phone (CCK) 6.x.xxx

Hello,

I want to add new textbox field in contact form by phone.module
and I have downloaded and attached with modules but still I have an error like:

"The phone module allows administrators to define a CCK field type for phone numbers. Note: Requires content.module
This version is incompatible with the 6.6 version of Drupal core."

at present I have content.module 6.x-2.0-rc10 and phone.module 5.x-2.11 and for Phone validation I need phone.nodule 6.6 version

can anyone help me to provide phone validation in contact form.??
