Option to use node title in read more title attribute

Background: It's an accessibility problem to use generic text for links. Screen readers will get a list of links on the page which enables uers to easily navigate from link to link without reading the text. "Read the rest of this posting" or similar generic text isn't useful when taken out of context.

Theme Settings should have an option to set the read more title attribute to the node title instead of using a generic phrase.
