Ive followed the steps for debugging and here are the results for a problem node:
node prio status realm gid view update delete explained
11 – empty acl 0 0
11 0 ok content_access_author 1 1′ 1′ 1′
11 0 ok content_access_rid 1 1
11 0 ok content_access_rid 2 1′
Access permissions by user
username view update delete
Superadmin yes yes yes
Admin yes no yes
Anonymous yes no no
I created all nodes with the Superadmin user/role.
I have set the Admin role/user to have full permissions to all nodes and node types.
I have set individual node access to allow update and delete by amin and superadmin role only
The Admin role/user cannot update any nodes created by the Superadmin user/role
Just looking for a little help. My last resort is to just recreate all the content with admin role so my client can edit the content.
However, should my client decide to create additional admin users they wont be able to edit the content she has created.

salvisApparently you don't have the latest version of ACL and CA, because your explained column is empty.
Tells me that hat you've posted the results that you obtained by using the account that created the node. CA grants all the rights to this account.
I don't quite understand what your question/issue is, nor whether it's an ACL issue at all, or rather a CA issue.
