Description

Hello and thanks for the great module!
I wish to use it on a Drupal 6 website I've been developing, and I was wondering if anyone has updated it to drupal 6, or at least tried to use it on 6? Any plans to update it?

Somebody has started an upgrade...haven't looked at it yet though.

Title:Update to 6» Adjust earlier for Google Checkout?

I maintain a site using UC 6 and the only payment method in use is Google Checkout. Unfortunately, this means that customers never see the actual Checkout page of Ubercart - the link to pay via GC is on the View Cart page.

My client needs to charge a processing fee to recoup the costs associated with online payments... any thoughts on how this could be done with this (or a different) module?

@rdlugosz: I have no experience with GC, but from what you've described I don't believe this module will work. How do shipping charges work when using GC? Does google do the shipping calculation or are you able to pass that value in?

If you'd like to open a new issue, go ahead but I'm setting this back for it's initial intention.

Mountian,

Have you had any more progress on this? By stating that the translation files are missing, do you mean that it only works in a set language, such as the word "fee" is not translated?

I'm willing to chip in a donation for this module. Need it to add a fee when customer chooses COD payment.

uc_pma has no 6 version, and I believe the attachment from mountain above may only be a non-working coder upgrade. I probably won't be doing the upgrade myself unless people want to sponsor it (if so, feel free to use my contact form), but I will commit a working patch or give somebody else cvs access if they want to perform the upgrade.

@cYu - I am interested to sponsor the upgrade to version 6. How much would you need?

How's it going (cYu)?
I'd like to punish my customers wit $2 (50 CZK) for Cash-on-Delivery ;) ...because that are my extra costs for the service.

I don't think I would be able to do this myself... so how's it going?

This module has now been ported to Drupal 6 and a branch created in CVS. A development release will be available in a few hours. Feedback is welcome!
