I'm new still to UC, so I might be wrong, but 'Ubercart - core (optional)' suggests it's for modules that are provided by core UC.
Which we aren't.
So we should be in 'Ubercart - discounts' instead.

Yes, I think we should remove it from this category.

As this module have a lot of submodules, we could create an Ubercart - discount category for this module and all submodules.
