In devel version, Flash 10 is now supported. Before you can use the new version, you have to download the files again from the project page http://code.google.com/p/swfupload/ .
If you don't know how the files have to be placed, have a look at Readme.txt which is already included.

Already fixed in 6.x-2.0-beta1.
You should know that the button which was used to call the "Open File Dialog" is now a transparent Flash movie which overlays a HTML button.
