I am getting the following error after installation.. the admin section of the site seems to operate fine, yet the home page is white screening. Also when i click on modules it takes me to home page blank screen, but when i enter www.homepage.com.au/admin/modules i get the right result, so seems a bit strange.
Im a relative newbie would appreciate anyones assistance with ironing these issues out.

Sound like you have some corrupted files. Have you tried re uploading?
