I fixed a few author's names and did other minor cleanup after the bio feature was added but my Bio list still has a large amount of what I assume is unused author fields.

In a private discussion, this is what I understand is needed:
1) After cleaning up the new authors list, there are authors that no longer exist. We need a way to re-synchronize the author list.
2) We need to double check that the quotes delete function keeps the author list cleaned up.

When the author list is retrieved, it will delete authors that have no quotes. The delete function was updated in a previous commit.

Committed on both branches.
