May I ask why you havent upgraded?

You can do one of several things
You can remove the possibility to comment
Remove this part of the links-section
make it possible for anoonymus to comment

Hi,

I upgraded to 5.x.
Where do I find all those alternatives?

The only option I found was to remove Comment permission for autenticated users (but keep it for other roles).

I have a faint memory of more options in 4.7, but I can't find them in 5.x.

To change permissions go to permissions.
To remove option for comment on a nodetype visit the settings for the individual nodetype
