I am a TLA premium publisher and that service requires selling text link ads on the homepage of my drupal site only. So is it possible to show the module on the homepage only?

You can set a block to appear only on the front page. Edit the block settings and down at the bottom is a section to have it appear only on certain pages. Put in the box (with the brackets) and it will work.
