When manually specifying taxonomy terms on the Calais vocabs. If you specify a term that already exists in the Vocab, but it not a Calais suggestion a duplicate term will be created. Instead find one that matches in term data by name. Dont worry about term data guid in this case. Avoiding duplication is key.
