I've just done this, based on the existing feedapi_mapper_emvideo. Just changed a few field names here and there.

Please review, I'm quite new to this module. I just can tell you this works with Flickr images.

Btw, this module rocks! It's soo easy to add new mappers...

Just tried it with all the latest modules (CCK, Views, FeedAPI, FeedAPI Mapper) dev versions on D6.6 and it works well on Flickr. The one challenge we have is Flickr is now allowing videos and they do not get a thumbnail image using this mapper. Not sure yet how to deal with that. I was hoping they would include a field in the feed that would help, but without doing a search on the description for "video" I am at a loss.

Also, there remains three instances of emvideo where it should be emimage, but they do not impact functionality

But hey, that's pretty minor. Nice job Jose.
