Ah, I forgot to release the alpha 3 on the modules page. In the meantime I added an uninstall function to test out this bug. I'll release it to alpha4. Please test against that and let me know if you're still having issues.

I'm sorry but I didn't understand your post. I just installed the flv media player version 5.x-4.0 beta 5 and I'm having this problem that the table doesn't exist. What should I do about it?
