Multiple problems...

I've found at least two problems with this module.

First, there's the problem that many people are having - there is no way to turn off the editor, and the default state is being ignored. I always have my sites set to default to the editor being off, otherwise code from YouTube, CiviCRM, etc. gets "eaten" by the editor.

Second, IMCE is not showing up. It works properly, as when I install TinyTinyMCE, IMCE is there and working.
