Hi, does anybody want to team up to provide Drupal hooks help and sample code for integration with Netbeans IDE?

What I want to do:
Develop Netbeans plugin or application to help (beginer) Drupal developers code more easily, to be more specific,
when developer types function and then module_name and presses code completion(CTRL+space) a code completion menu pops up where all available core hooks are selectable in the menu. Help for each hook would be shown as tool tips and on selection of a particular hook, a hook implementation template would be pasted in.

What I need:
As I will be focusing developing the Netbeans plugin I would need someone else to gather and match up help info and a good implementation template for each and every core Drupal hook. Matching can be as easily done as providing one file for help and one for the template:
hook_block.help
hook_block.templ

Anyone willing to do this part?
