hello,

am using 6.5 currently and am fumbling my way around learning to use cck. i am trying to figure out which modules would best assist me with being able to create a daily mood tracker. here's what i'd like to do:

i need a hierarchy - distinct sections under section heads. for example: under a "self care" tab would be something like 6 sections (organization, cleanliness, exercise, rest, medications/supplements, etc.). there would be at least two other tabs with their own sections under them.

for example:

self care

    organization
    --clothes
    --papers
    --bed made
    --etc
    exercise
    --type
    --duration
    --frequency
    --etc
    rest
    --# hours
    --quality
    --etc

motivation/depression

    self rating
    --motivation level (0-10)
    --depression level (0-10)
    --etc.

.

i chose cck because the fields need to be customized so i can capture the information for each of the activities/tasks that i'd like to have recorded. what would be the best way to conceptualize and set up (which module(s) would be most appropriate?) this type of organization?

are there any modules that exist that could aggregate this personal data into a graph/chart form? ie - if you collect data on # of hours slept per night, medication adherence per day (yes/no), personal mood rating per day (eg, very depressed, somewhat depressed, mildly depressed, no depression) - any way for a user to get a visual (graph/chart) clue to see what factors may correlate with their depression based on aggregate personal data collected over a specified period of time (e.g. 1 month, 3 month, 6 month)?

also, this information needs to stay private for each user - but, ideally, they could assign other users (for example, a specific clinician, or "care coordinator") the right to view their data in a summary form in order to be able to make some treatment decisions. how could that work? what modules would be most appropriate for users to assign specific other users with the right to view their data?

i'm sure there will be other questions...thanks in advance for considering what i've posted here...much appreciated.

thanks,

eva
