Displaying full-size images on my homepage

I'm using the Image Module and Burnt theme for my Drupal site. I'm trying to upload images full-size to my frontpage. It currently displays a thumbnail and I have to click into the image to see it (not even full-size, it's a crappy cropped version.. but still). How can I show the image at a larger size on my homepage? It is a theme configuration or a module configuration? help!
