Imagecache_actions-5.x-2.2.tar.gz contains another imagecache_actions-5.x-2.2.tar.gz which contains the actual files. This is no big deal but breaks script handling.

I looked at it when you reported, but could not replicate, so sorta skipped it.
If anything it could only be a side-effect of the d.o. packaging script, which is beyond my control. Musta been a glitch.
