PHP fatal error in theme_image_attach_body()

The 'continue;' in this function was causing PHP to fatal error. Refactored to remove the problem. Patch attached. It may not apply to 6.x-1.0-alpha3, as I made other changes to aid with the multiple image attach effort, but it's very simple, so re-rolling it should be straightforward.
