icq allways shows up as "xxxxxxxxx (unknown)"

xxxxxxxxx - it is my number of ICQ.
I don't know what is the reason, I have also cheked skype, skype is working fine, it shows "online" when I am online in skype. ICQ always shown as xxxxxxxxx (unknown)
Please, help me to resolve that, may be somebody have already faced to similar problem.
