5.7 Bug Fixes, Upgrade to Drupal 6.x, and a Handful of Enhancements

Hello,
I usually upgrade our internal websites but just don't have the time over the next few weeks. So, here's what I need:

Upgrade:
Current website is running Drupal 5.7. We need it upgraded to Drupal 6.x (latest stable version). I'm pretty certain that 90% of the modules we use now have been upgraded to D6, but we'll list them beforehand within a document for the person handling this project.

A Few Customizations:
Note: We have a custom aggregator page/module that can be seen here:

I'd like to not only upgrade this aggregator to D6 but also rework the URL formats (for categories) to more search engine friendly ones and also utilize a better categorization menu system at the top of the page for main categories.

I'd also like to add a combination of CCK/Views and a few other modules for a new "reviews" node type so that we can review/rate products and software related to our industry. I can spell this out more within our document but it will look a little like the Joomla jReviews extension and page formating (front end). Example: http://demo.reviewsforjoomla.com/

So, you'll need to have pretty solid XHTML/CSS experience as well, or at least enough skills to make it not look like a 7 year old designed it. ;-)

Bug Fixes:
I know of one pretty bad bug that looks like a PHP bug:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in /home/socialse/public_html/sites/all/modules/watcher/watcher.module on line 410

This is what happens when I try to visit a post that was edited, only to render the above Fatal error instead of the actual page :-( Several pages do this. See: http://www.socialseo.com/web-promotion-articles/organic-seo-and-link-bui... for example...
