Renee S commentedFurther to this, current updates haven't fixed it. I checked in the source, and there's nothing showing up there, so it's not a js problem.
Here's the weird thing: If I go into the function nodehierarchy_site_outline() and just do a print_r of the return variable, it gives me a lovely listing of nodes and I can move them up and down and whatnot.
So it seems that there's something wrong with the way the menu callback is handling it, I just have no idea where to look next!

Renee S commentedOk, this has something to do with my theme. I'm loading my js at the bottom rather than the top, might that be causing the problem? I'd rather not change it, it's one of the YSlow recommendations =)
