Graphic Designer (Web 2.0)

Hello, our team of drupal developers is currently looking to add a contracted professional for graphic design work. We are working towards the Web 2.0 look and feel for all of our websites. The basic work would entail designing business logo's and working with clients directly in ideation. After the logo design the next step would be to create CSS'able layouts in Illustrator/Photoshop to be sent to our themers.

I have come to the drupal community for this as a starting point even though drupal expertise isn't necessarily required for this position. However, an adept understanding of drupal is a plus.

I am looking to get someone started on this position immediately, so please get back with me as soon as possible!

Thanks for all your responses already, the table is still open. I just want to clarify that I am not looking for a themer, although knowledge of how to theme is a plus. Web 2.0 graphic design elements are key, the kind of graphic design I am looking for is that of the style on:
