it's a really great module, but it's not as easy as http://drupal.org/project/quicktabs
Magic tabs has much more option, and implementation, but it would be better if we can do it in an easier way and put some option on admin area..

Well, magic tabs did not intend to replace quicktabs - just to enable nice tabs with progressive enhancement to ajax loading of their content.

Since I am not a UI person, there is no UI - but I will happily accept any patches that improve this situation. If you are not a coder, you can contribute in specifying the exact UI components you believe are needed.
