okay, it appears to do the opposite or something - set lightbox2 to only show on content type paths like (via pathauto)
story/*
events/*
community/*
but it does not work, the lightbox grouped fields on those page then turn back into image path links that link directly to image - i return to general settings, remove the paths and all's well again - just trying to make it *not* load all over the place (which i've done for now, but am not sure if it's working, like as opposed to "only show on X pages" it is now "do not show on X pages" and this includes admin/* and node/add/*)
i'm talking about the 10/27/08 version from today...

stella commentedIt's probably related to the fact that you're entering in pathauto paths, rather than "node/xxx" or "node/*". Will take a look at it this week.

zilla commentedyou're right - i am entering pathauto paths...will try again as node/* - but the problem is that i did not want the lightbox to load on views pages, which in fact are given paths and names like "allstuffhere" or whatever - doesn't drupal see that as a node path?
by supporting pathauto, this would offer *way* more granular control over inclusions/exclusions...
