How to add a "Content this user has bookmarked" box to a user profile panel

Adding a "Content this user has bookmarked" box, to a user-profile panel, isn't very different from adding a "Who's bookmarked this" box to a node panel. Therefore, to ease editing, the two recipes have been merged. Please see that other recipe.
