Help need in building web site with Drupal
Hi all,
I will like to ask for paid service to help me gradually build my company web site with Drupal. I am current using Drupal 6 with Zen theme on building my web site. Although I have some idea on what I would like, but the design of my web site is not complete. I am using more like a bit by bit approach in building the site. While I am researching on all the possibilities I can do with my web site, I have some task, small task, which I will like someone to finish for me.
Every week, I will work out a list of tasks for you to quote to me. If agree, you start the work and get payment upon the completion of work. Most job, for experience developer should be straight forwarded. Currently, most task is related to working on the look of the front page.
I do not have MSN and I am from Hong Kong, so there are 12hrs time different between Eastern time and time in HK. So if anyone is interested, please kindly send me an email telling me your experiences, your rate, and how would it usually work.

I am not sure if I should post much details about the work, but below is the details.
You may like to visit my site to understand what I want. My site address is http://203.85.145.28/drupal. It is under construction.
At the moments, things need helps are
1. Need work on the banner, there is a design for it. (Need to place the breadcrumb at the top left corner of the page)
2. Need work on the Nice Menu and put the language switch block the same level with the menu.
3. Need to add search block and place it like the search block in the Drupal site.
4. Need to put background image to the inner block in the left and right sidebar.
5. Need help to remove the white outline of the site logo.
I may finish the point 4 & 5 before I can find help. The first 3 task has been outstanding for quite some times. There are more but need me to do some more research first. As I said, my help is a brunch of small tasks. I hope to find someone to help me do the details while I am working on design the whole site. Since I am not working on the site in full time because I have many others work need to do, I hope to find a helper to help me finish the site faster.

I have just completed a project in D6 for a client at http://www.vaughangovier.com. I was only responsible for the theming portion. The design was provided by another party.
The requirements are very similar to yours.
For the breadcrumb .. you can probably install the menu_breadcrumb module.
You can accomplish the rest using css.
